Donations
Voluntary Contributions: All donations made to Gramin Vikash Avam Janjagaran Sewa Samiti are voluntary and are intended to support our various programs and initiatives aimed at the empowerment of marginalized communities.

Non-Refundable: Donations, once made, are generally non-refundable. We use the funds to implement our programs immediately upon receipt, so it may not be possible to return the funds.

Refund Requests
Exceptional Cases: We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a refund request is necessary. If you believe that a donation was made in error, or if there was a technical issue that resulted in an incorrect transaction, you may request a refund.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the donation date. You must provide the following information:

Full name of the donor
Date of donation
Amount donated
Transaction ID or receipt number
Reason for the refund request

Processing Refunds: We will review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

Cancellation of Recurring Donations
Stopping Recurring Donations: If you have set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel future contributions, you can do so at any time. Please contact us via email or phone to request the cancellation of your recurring donation.

Effective Date of Cancellation: Cancellations will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow up to 10 business days for the cancellation to take effect. You will receive a confirmation email once your recurring donation has been canceled.
